Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our facility. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your pair is on the way.

Domestic (US): 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $200.

International: 7–14 business days depending on destination. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once shipped, delivery times are managed by the carrier and may vary slightly. If your package hasn't moved in 5+ days, email us at kickdoffical@gmail.com and we'll chase it down for you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every pair to be a perfect fit. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange.

Eligibility: shoes must be unworn, in their original box, with all tags and accessories intact. Outdoor wear, scuffs, or creasing voids the return.

How to start a return:

  1. Email kickdoffical@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return label and instructions.
  3. Drop the package at any carrier location. Once we receive and inspect the pair, your refund or exchange is processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Exchanges for a different size of the same model are free, subject to availability. If your size is sold out, we'll process a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your pair arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and prioritize your replacement.
